A photo of the artist.Hans Decoz was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
After graduating from high school, Hans studied graphic and industrial design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Arnhem, Netherlands. 2 Years later he left Holland, and after traveling extensively throughout Asia and the Middle East, settled in the United States.

Hans Decoz currently lives with his wife and three dogs in Galveston, Texas. He is the owner of a small mail order/internet business, published author of a non-fiction book, and the designer of several software programs to which he owns the exclusive rights. His software and other products are currently produced and marketed by third parties. Hans also designed and developed several computer games, board games and puzzles.

Objectives:

Hans Decoz is available for freelance graphic design, 3d computer animations, and web design. Decoz would also be open to a full-time/part-time/contract position.

Strengths:

Inventive and creative. Perpetual student - 2 to 4 graphic/3d oriented college courses a year. Ambitious, competitive, and a perfectionist, Hans is nonetheless a good team player.

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Kpt5, Studio Max, Ulead Gif Animator.
  • LiveMotion for Flash (Shockwave).
  • Adobe GoLive, Photoshop, LiveMotion, Dreamweaver, Frontpage 2000, for Web site structure, page design and layout.
  • AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, for architectural presentations.
  • 3D Studio Max, Character Studio, numerous plug-ins, for 3D presentations, computer animations, architectural walk-throughs, media animations, forensic animations.

Recent College Courses:

3D Max Animation I and II (starting III this fall), 3D Solid Modeling (AutoCAD), Pipe drafting, Architectural drafting and presentations (commercial and residential), Turbo Pascal, Javascript, Program Design. Always gets A's.

Hobbies:

Reading, carpentry, furniture design, motor cycling, puzzles, film.
